Aaron Bradley is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in the London office. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in audit and forensic work.

Aaron specialises in the quantification of damages in litigation and international arbitration engagements and his expertise covers a wide range of sectors including energy, aviation and financial services. He has worked on disputes in different forums, including the UK High Court, international arbitration and specialist competition tribunals (e.g., UK Competition Appeal Tribunal).

Aaron has particular experience and expertise in competition law disputes, having worked on several significant cases including Whistl v. Royal Mail and the Trucks cartel. He has worked on both cartel and abuse of dominance cases and has been instructed to consider issues such as pass-on, loss of profits and loss of value.

In addition to his competition law experience, Aaron provides financial analysis and damages quantification services to clients involved in a variety of disputes. His experience includes quantifying damages related to a major construction project in Asia; major oil and gas disputes in both Europe and the Middle East; a professional negligence case in the UK; mining disputes in Africa and various international aviation and hospitality cases.

Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in History from The University of Sheffield. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to joining Kroll, Aaron worked at Haberman Ilett, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
