She is a chartered IT professional and has over 10 years of experience providing IT consultancy and expert services to commercial and public bodies at all levels. Her experience ranges from providing fitness-for-purpose assessments of IT systems within technology programs to onsite project management advisory.
Prior to joining Kroll, Siobhan was an associate director at IT Group, which was acquired by Blackrock Expert Services Group (Blackrock). Blackrock was then acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Siobhan has worked on IT projects and disputes in numerous industries, including health care, media, finance, transport, automotive and public service. She has also worked on several large insurance disputes and civil/commercial litigation claims. Her previous engagements include Bates v. Post Office (Horizon Issues trial), where she was the lead analyst of IT experts instructed on behalf of the claimants in relation to the Horizon system. Her analysis was pivotal to the identification of remote access amendments and bugs/errors and defects within the Horizon system.
Her specializations include measurement of program/project performance, root-cause failure, delay analysis, fitness-for-purpose assessment and project management adequacy and best practice.
Siobhan holds a B.S. (Hons) in Forensic Computing. She also holds certifications in IT service management (Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL]) (foundation level) and agile project management (practitioner level). She is a Chartered IT Professional of the British Computer Society and a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
