Before joining Kroll, Brad was a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he led the representations of debtors, lenders and other investors in connection with complex in- and out-of-court restructuring and contingency planning matters, including Chapter 11 debtors Edison Mission Energy, Samson Resources Corporation, Seadrill Limited and Windstream Holdings, Inc. Brad was recognized in the 2019–2021 editions of the IFLR1000.
Brad graduated from the University of Notre Dame and holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
