Aaron focuses on providing valuation advisory services for alternative asset managers, specializing in the valuation of illiquid private equity, fixed income, and derivative investments. He acts as project manager on both recurring and ad-hoc engagements, primarily for the purposes of financial reporting.
Prior to joining Kroll, Aaron served as a vice president at Houlihan Capital, LLC. In that role, Aaron acted as project manager on a variety of engagements, including valuations of private equity investments, corporate bonds, securitizations, and complex derivatives, as well as fairness opinions, solvency opinions, and accounting related valuation engagements. Before that, Aaron worked as an equity analyst at High Pointe Capital Management, LLC, where he provided in-depth fundamental analysis of a wide range of companies in varying industries. Aaron has an excellent track record of providing value added security recommendations across the High Pointe products as a generalist with a focus on the energy, financials, health care, and consumer sectors.
Aaron received a B.A. in finance and accounting from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds the professional designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant.
