Expands firm’s suite of government services and data analytics solutions
New York – Kroll, the global leader in risk mitigation, investigations, compliance, cyber resilience, security and incident response solutions, today announced that it has acquired Verus Analytics LLC (“Verus”), the leading regulatory compliance provider of data-driven unclaimed property recovery services on behalf of state governments.
Verus is a premier trusted advisor to U.S. state governments and is focused on regulatory compliance matters and fraud detection and prevention solutions for government entities. The company utilizes their proprietary data analytics platform and experienced team of data scientists and subject matter experts to solve critical questions facing state governments related to compliance, risks and transparency.
Following the acquisition, the Verus team will be led by current Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel Caroline Marshall.
